In 2017-18, he worked as an Assistant Professor in Orthopaedic Department at VS group of hospitals. Further he pursued his passion in Complex Trauma, Pelvis/Acetabular trauma ,Hip preservation in AVN Hip, Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Surgery by doing a fellowship program at Fortis Hospital and Max Hospital, Mohali, Chandigarh with international stalwart and doyen in the orthopaedic field Dr. Ramesh Sen. Since 2018, Dr.Rushi Shah is practicing in affiliation of many hospitals of Ahmedabad like Dr.Jivraj Mehta Hospital, Khyati Hospital, Adwait Hospital, Saraswati Hospital, HCG Hospital, Sal Hospital, Sterling Hospital, HCG Hospital, SGVP Hospital and KD Hospital. He also visits various parts of North Gujarat (like Kadi , Kalol ,  Mehsana , Patan , Palanpur, Deesa , Modasa ,Idar,Himmatnagar), Saurashtra (Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Junagadh, Morbi, Palitana, Jamnagar) , South Gujarat (Anand, Nadiad, Baroda and Godhra) for Operative Purpose. In pursuit of excellence in clinical practice, Dr. Shah has attended numerous conferences, workshops, academic courses, scientific meetings as a delegate and as a faculty across India and gained necessary knowledge and skill to give sustainably good to excellent outcomes.
